“This company is simply amazing. We had a really complex kitchen project and had been to six kitchen companies and their corresponding designers to get a design done (some cheaper, some significantly more expensive than Interior Design Concepts). Our impression was always the same: their input was limited and, as we learn about kitchen constraints, they always had mistakes in the design that if we hadn’t notice it would have been a disaster. With Lily (IDC designer) everything was different. She started asking for “hard constraints” (ie budget amongst other things) and unlike others who would push that in the end, Lily didn’t. She worked with that and spent enormous amounts of time looking at alternatives that would create a beautiful but full of functionality design whilst still keeping the constraints. But it didn’t finish there. When it came to installing the kitchen she followed everything from beginning to end. I lost count of how many times she came to the house to check. By the way, the installer she sent, Mario, was excellent too. At some point they even realised our builder had made two obvious mistakes with the electrics (something the builder rather than them should have known!). It was too late to correct them but she was the one who came up with alternatives that would anyway make the whole project work. Anyway, as a final word: Lily is amazing, we ended up with a beautiful kitchen (that was worth waiting for) and she took away from me enormous amounts of headaches. 10 out of 10”

“Helena and the Zen Kuchen team were great. Their experience means that the kitchen design really works and looks great, whilst using available space well. Helena treats each project as if it’s her own, and the care and attention shines through. Issues are dealt with responsively and fixed well. Communication through the project was excellent. Additional advice is typically great, e.g. paint colours for walls. I’d recommend and use Helena and Zen again.”

“Absolute stellar lads. They've helped me frequently in multiple specific needs when it comes to electronics. Definitely pop in and have a chat with them; they're extremely knowledgeable, polite, and very professional in their services and customer satisfaction. They range from good, value oriented products, to high end products and services. They're partnered primarily with Euronics - I'm sure you've heard of them. So, the likelihood of Coopers offering a product that you're specifically after is very high. You honestly have nothing to lose, except possibly a few moments of your time on the off chance you don't go with them. Highly recommend.”

“Called in for lunch yesterday & enjoyed delicious food (my partner had the loaded fries & I had a chickpea burger with fries) & drinks (I had a yummy but somewhat potent Singapore Sling!). Had a real buzz about it (despite the fact it wasn't that busy at 12) & the attention to detail from a decor perspective was great (lots of nods to music & even a skeleton!!). Staff were smiley & efficient too. Will deffo go back again!”
