Still no delivery. Asked for a refund and I’m still waiting and it’s now March. I keep receiving emails advising their accounts department aren’t available ????? "If only the customer service would match the quality of products they sell. Customer service is appalling. Issues with the ordering process on website meant I needed to cancel the order. One month on and no refund has been actioned. All communication with customer service is met with 'a ticket has been raised with our accounts team'"

"Still waiting on order. Was promised 10% discount as delay by months. Will have to go through dispute claim as not received goods paid for. Would caution purchasing from this company. Edit 5/9. Your company do not respond to my emails to customer services x 3. They do not answer the phone. I am waiting on goods not supplied and a refund not honoured. This is essentially theft as you have taken my money without supplying what was promised. As you are still not replying to me, I will go through a dispute claim. I would strongly caution purchasing from this company."
