"WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Buyers be warned. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Please please do not spend a single hard earned penny with VIVENSE. ZERO STARS. I ignored the reviews and regret this so much. The actual materials are so cheap that the product I purchased, a 6 door wardrobe, can barely stand upright. “Customer service” will only respond by email to claim the fault lies with whoever assembled it and you will not get a refund and they will not accept any responsibility for their badly built product. I hired a professional carpenter who went above and beyond and the hinges were bent out of shape as poorly packaged. All I asked for was replacement for the hinges and I was told after waiting 6 weeks that the problem is with the person who assembled it as they are incompetent and cannot follow instructions. Just to add they were supposed to send a contractor to build this wardrobe but they couldn’t even arrange this and so I paid out of pocket. Heed my warning and go to a reputable company - there are plenty who are 100% more helpful and professional. Also their offer of help is untrue - every message to their customer service team is pointless. Therefore I am taking it on myself to seek legal advice and have filed a complaint with RetailADR. To anyone who has suffered in the same way I strongly recommend you do the same."

"DON'T DO IT! Today we received the sofa (for the second time), after a week of trying to communicate with customer services, calling every day and receiving no answer, and then having to step into the showroom four times which was the only way in which we could communicate in any way with the company. The couch was in TERRIBLE conditions, not only two of the legs didn't fit because it is poorly made, but also it was broken from the side, damaged from water from the inside and dirty. The delivery staff were very helpful and couldn't understand how a "new" sofa could be sent in these conditions. Just to clarify, the sofa was properly wrapped when it arrived so this had nothing to do with the delivery people, it was already damaged when they received it. I attach pictures."

"Worst furniture shop, don't trust their service team. I ordered a sofa and it was supposed to be delivered by 6-9 March. They never delivered and did not even call me, when I called they said that the delivery is scheduled for 19 Apr - 1 May. I have a receipt on which it is clearly mentioned 6-9March. I had nothing to sit and was eagerly waiting for this sofa. They won't call you or reach out to you by any means to update, this has caused me a lot of trouble and last moment rush to search for a new sofa and 2 weeks of loss."

"We recently purchased a sofa from this company and I have to say, I am incredibly impressed with their customer service. We have been greeted by salesperson and from the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to help me find the perfect sofa for my home. Throughout the process, they were patient and attentive, answering all of my questions and offering expert advice on everything from fabric choices to sizing. They even went above and beyond to help me with delivery and assembly, ensuring that my new sofa was set up exactly how I wanted it. Overall, I can't recommend this company enough for their outstanding customer service. They truly care about their customers and it shows in every interaction. Thank you, for making our sofa buying experience such a positive one! Finally, the sofa was delivered two weeks ago and the people were fantastic. They did a great job by delivering the sofa with care and putting them together. Thank you."

"We have an ongoing issue since October 2022. Our item (a cream swivel chair) arrived dirty in patches. The delivery does not come with any plastic packaging for protection and the staff asked me whether I caused it. I assured them I didn’t touch the item since delivery was made as I wasn’t happy with the condition and sent photos immediately. The swivel chair has three small feet and one was missing. To date we still have not received the chair leg. We decided to refund the coffee table we bought that had not yet been delivered. They offered a measly 10% partial refund for the inconvenience of the chair leg. That was a palava as they wouldn’t refund us for several weeks. They asked for new bank details to send the payment to - very dodgy. There would be excuses made about how deliveries were made from Istanbul and that any refunds had to be paid from and authorised by the accountant directly. All customer service correspondence is done via WhatsApp which I am very wary of in case there’s no log. We dealt with Tania who would not pick up my calls. I took to going in store just to get a response. Given we are nearly into our fourth month of the issue I am finding the customer service terrible and frustrating. We simply would like to be able to use our chair as no chair leg has been delivered still! We are rather wishing we had just returned the chair at the time. I would avoid this company at all cost."
