"Really poor service. After two email enquiries with no response we tried going into the shop on a weekend. The assistant was lovely and we briefly discussed our requirements, after which she took our details. Yet again no follow up from them. Have a few friends who are renovating their houses and have told them to steer well clear of Holloways of Ludlow. The lighting shop isn't any better either. Go to Plain English. Much better in every aspect."
