“I booked an urgent private appointment with Sara following a bout of excruciating toothache. I can't praise her enough, she was professional, friendly and reassuring. She took her time to identify the issue and highlighted on an x-ray the cause and treatment required. Throughout the treatment she explained what she was doing and ensured I was comfortable, as much as was possible. She gave great after care advice and provided recommendations on long term dental care I should be taking to avoid further issues. “This is about the Maternity Ward Staff. Absolutely Amazing. I was admitted to hospital 39 weeks pregnant. I came in for a routine check, due to tightenings I was admitted. I was there for 2days and was moved around from antenatal ward, to delivery, to postpartum ward. I cannot explain in words how amazing my time was there. Staff in all areas were so understanding, they helped me when I was at my lowest, made me feel like "I've got this" I never heard any negative comments from staff there even when I was postpartum and needed help so kept pressing the assistance buzzer. They were all encouraging and I truly believe that's what made my postpartum time there so short, they really went above and beyond to help me. If I could I would give everyone who helped me a little something to show my gratitude. 100% hands down the best maternity ward I've been. I really hope they see this and see how truly grateful I am for all their help.”

“There are bad reviews about this surgery but I would like to sing their praises. I went to the surgery today with my daughter who had a flu jab at 8.00a.m. My appointment was 1.00p.m. but Doctor Eliad was prepared for me to have my vaccination early, due to being with my Daughter. Whilst I was there an elderly gentleman needed a prescription, he was told to go to the pharmacist and explain that he needed an urgent prescription. The gentleman explained to Doctor Eliad that the pharmacist is not normally helpful. Doctor Eliad said he would put the computer on specially to send a prescription through to the pharmacist. That is what I call “going beyond the call of duty, on a Saturday. Thank you Garston Medical Centre.”

“I didnt get to take pcr covid test because of the new government rule of tier 4 not being allowed to travel. But the booking, cancelling and refund was very simple and straight forward procedure. The pharmacist that was about to do the test was very helpful over the phone and helped me understand when I need to take the test for my travel and if I have enough time. He spend alot of time explaining all the ins and out to me and suggested I cancelled my test as most likely I would not get the results in time.”
