On my first consultation, which was holistic and considered, I also brought my mum for hers (she is quite new to dermatology, and English isn't her first language). Our dermatologist was lovely and made the information as clear as possible, and reassuring towards my mum which I appreciated. Both of my facials were amazing and left my skin glowing like I've never seen. "I would not give 1 star if I could. I was told on the phone - we can remove all different colours of tattoo. When I went to the branch, after filling down 2 forms big as newspaper pages with silly questions, they tell me they can remove only blue and black colours! My tattoo size of cigarette lighter. They ask me £200 per session and I have to do 7 sessions. I did 1 session couple of years ago somewhere else not in this company, takes only 2 minutes per session. If you go to this place, This is the most expensive door you go through."
