"Avoid using City Doc, they are the middle man when it comes to vaccinations. Yes, their website makes it easier to find a vaccination centre, book an appointment and find the vaccination required, however you can find all of this on Google. Save yourself £15, and find a local pharmacy who can provide you the vaccinations. Good luck! “Please note all bookings are subject to a £15 booking fee, This fee is non-refundable and is not deductible from the vaccines purchased   if you do not take any vaccines at the appointment there will be an additional charge of £10 for the consultation”"

"The customer service by phone is tremendously bad. It takes hours to reach them. It took me 3:30 hours to reach them after trying 4 days straight, to cancel a booking. I finally found them on phone and told them to provide me the refund, it's being 5 days I didn't receive any."

"I didnt get to take pcr covid test because of the new government rule of tier 4 not being allowed to travel. But the booking, cancelling and refund was very simple and straight forward procedure. The pharmacist that was about to do the test was very helpful over the phone and helped me understand when I need to take the test for my travel and if I have enough time. He spend alot of time explaining all the ins and out to me and suggested I cancelled my test as most likely I would not get the results in time."
