“We're absolutely satisfied with the new built-in wardrobe in our toddler's bedroom. Both team members were very professional during their work and went smoothly. There was no hidden (surprise) cost end of the work and they were open for any kind of suggestion what we wanted to see in our final wardrobe. The detail plans for the wardrobe was well explained and readable (not just for professionals), they also introduced many material options to see what's the best in our interior scheme. They cleaned up after the work which is great. We'd like to work with them in the future so we're happy to recommend them in any kind of joinery work.”

“Such beautiful bespoke furniture. The chaise is a beautiful piece, perfect for a small or narrow room. It was easy to order, came with well communicated, friendly delivery. Tina is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I love the chaise, it's a very unusual and luxurious piece of furniture. I'll use it as a place to read, chill or have a cup of tea during breaks from work. I am five foot one and ordered the medium size. Love it!”

“During the renovation of our Hertfordshire home in 2019, we popped in to the Wigmore St showroom and met the lovely Graham & Elie. After visiting a few kitchen showrooms, the quality of materials on offer at Halcyon meant we immediately knew this was the one. We ended up designing a kitchen/utility area and the process from start to finish was seamless. They're not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they were an absolute pleasure to work with. So much so, that we used their services again for another kitchen in 2021! Graham was always available on the phone/email and we'll always use him for any future kitchen designs. We were lucky to have our current kitchen featured in the November '23 issue of 'Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms' magazine and that's all down to the attention to detail and dedication of Graham and the whole team at Halcyon. Also, a special mention must go to Roman who fit both of our kitchens - the pride he takes in his workmanship is second to none. “Me and my family stayed in Flat 34 for the weekend, location is excellent and a great base to visit London. The high street is a 5 minute walk away, you can easily get all your supplies here. The rail station is a easy flat 15 minute stroll away, we went to support our team at Wembley and the whole weekend was brilliant. Thank you Tope and your team for a trouble free weekend.The secure parking also gave us piece of mind. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, a home from home. Even the fridge had milk, apple juice, orange juice and bottles of water. We would definitely recommend and we will be back.”

We stayed here over Christmas and the accommodation is very comfortable, has all amenities and conveniently located near Heathrow Airport (in case you have visitors from abroad!). Also, worth visiting Bray village, which is beautiful and nearby. It is also a short drive to other nice locations such as Windsor, Henley and Marlow. Jill was very responsive during the whole process and helped us with everything we needed. Thanks again!”

“I had a great experience with the Schmidt Kitchens Wimbledon team. I ordered a new kitchen, our initial meeting went very well and we discussed my brief in detail. I was shown around the show room for additional suggestions, some of which I adopted straight away. The design they proposed was fantastic, it ticked all the boxes and more. Alas Covid happened and delivery and installation of the kitchen was delayed but Charley kept me informed regularly and stuck to the updated timeline. The very good thing coming out of the delay was that I had change of heart and decided on totally different fronts for the entire kitchen. Again, Schmidt was very understanding and patient and produced updated drawings and amended the quote appropriately. They were very reactive. The installation was a walk in the park, done as per the agreed calendar. Alan was precise, efficient, clean, and a pleasure to work with. As to the quality and range of products on offer, I could not praise Schmidt more. Our kitchen works a lot and it feels solid, yet is beautiful. You can put tons of stuff in the drawers, so much so that I currently have empty shelves! I strongly recommend you head to Schmidt Kitchen Wimbledon if you are planning on getting a new kitchen.”

“Myself and my partner had a belated romantic getaway to this unique hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The hotel itself is stunning inside and like being inside one of the finest Georgian houses of 19th century London. It is sparkling and spotless but also beautifully warm and cosy too. We were made to feel so at home and welcome. We arrived early and the lovely staff on reception took our bags and gave us a choice of 3 luxurious lounges to choose from while our room was finished. We had a delightful private lounge area next to our bedroom (Odabiah Shuttleworth was the quirky room name). ALL of the staff seem genuinely happy and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We ate out for lunch and just had M&S nibbles in our room for the evening and although there’s no restaurant the room service menu looked lovely. The (hot) breakfast tray in our room the next morning (can also have in one of the lounges) had such attention to detail and was another, of the many highlights. An experience to remember and we’re now thinking of checking out the other hotels by the same group.”

Their patience, flexibility and ease of communications made living in their newly renovated flat a real pleasure. The flat itself was nicely and considerately furnished for our transition. “I had been looking for a long term rental in Central London and I saw an advertisement on SpareRoom that’s being advertised by the current tenant who will need to move out due to personal reasons. I had a physical viewing and liked the room and the price. The room is spacious and the communal area seems well maintained. As the room is managed by Cloud Rooms, I contacted the agency and was in contact with one of their staff, Arthur, very shortly. Cloud Rooms is also registered with schemes like Client Money Protection, Property Redress Scheme and Tenancy Deposit Scheme, so I feel safe dealing with them and paying them the money. The whole process from securing the room, verifying and checking my personal info, to signing the contract was completed in 2 days. Arthur made the whole process quick and easy, he was even willing to send me the documents very early in the morning. I received all receipts and safety certificates from him for the property I am renting shorty after the whole admin process has been completed. There is also an offer in rent if you are able to pay your total rent upfront. I have hopes that my stay with them will be as good as the services I’ve received so far.”

Best to call first for an appointment.**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED** - I recently ordered a new black out blinds for one of my bedrooms, after the ones I had from John Lewis failed. I must say the service was fantastic! I must admit, I was a little bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews on here but these negatives were soon put to rest... From the moment I called the number on the website to get a rough price, to the gentlemen who came to check my measurements (and gave me a few options too) to installing last Saturday was unbelievably quick. The whole process took less than 2 weeks. The quality of the blinds are so far look far better than the one I have, I'm now thinking of replacing all the blinds for the other windows in the New Year. They were cheaper than most other companies that I managed to speak to (some companies didn't even return my calls...oh well there loss!) Everyone I dealt with from the person on the phone the installer were extremely helpful and highly professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company”
