From the moment I called the number on the website to get a rough price, to the gentlemen who came to check my measurements (and gave me a few options too) to installing last Saturday was unbelievably quick. The whole process took less than 2 weeks. The quality of the blinds are so far look far better than the one I have, I'm now thinking of replacing all the blinds for the other windows in the New Year. They were cheaper than most other companies that I managed to speak to (some companies didn't even return my calls...oh well there loss!)
