“The customer service at this branch is excellent. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem is that the shoes are nowhere near as good as the customer service! If you want excellent customer service - hands down this branch will give you the best service. If you want super expensive shoes that fall apart when you wear them - then look no further. You can get those shoes here.”

This outlet store has great deals and the value for money is amazing. The shop isn't the biggest but I think they own unit next door also so maybe in near future the store will be twice the size. The staff were super helpful but also non pushy which I normally hate. I highly recommend you checkout this store.”

“After visiting Selfridges and them not having the size I needed ,we were advised to visit the Harrods boutique. I was shopping for my wedding shoes so I was very specific about the shoe I wanted and knew the size I needed. I picked up the display shoe, and one of the advisors Nathan spotted me and offered to help me. He got me the size I needed, and asked what the occasion was and I said I was shopping for my wedding shoes, he instantly said 'Congratulations' and went to the back to get myself, my partner and my 2 friends a glass of champagne to celebrate. He was very engaging from start to finish and his service was impeccable. He even suggested a matching clutch bag to go with the shoes (true salesman), although when he went to show me the clutch bag after asking his manager which drawer it was in, she proceeded to respond very abruptly and rudely to him 'how many times do I have to tell you where it is' which I personally found very rude and I was quite offended at how she treated him considering the service he had been giving us throughout, someone needs to have a word with her and how she treats her staff.”

“A camden classic, always one of my go-tos for reasonable jeans and good vibes. It's a disgrace that WGACA has been turfed out of its iconic location. Camden fat cats don't comprehend (or more likely even care) about the heritage of the stables. Looking forward to your new location -- don't go too far!”

I’m traveling with wife and children and noticed - at the airport - that I had not brought a jacket... less than 2 hours before boarding to Sweden. Melissa quickly showed all options that were travel practical and when we found the perfect one - they did not have it in the right size. It took less than 15 minutes for the team to bring the right size from another terminal store.
