"Good range of products and very helpful attentive staff. There is women section on the ground floor with all the amazing handbags at the back of the store. The men's sections seemed to be on the first floor, I could only see the stairs would of preferred to use the lift if they had one. There is security based at the entrance of the store."

"Awful customer service from the store manager. Noticed a stain on a top and explored all other options such as ordering online etc as it was the last piece in store. Requested if a discount could be applied and was told to "wash it when I get home as that's what all customers do" then happily packed it back up for the next poor sod to purchase it without noticing! What a joke! Remaining staff members were exceptionally helpful and polite, such a shame to be working under a incompetent manager."
