"Not possible to return your purchase. I bought a hiking boots from the mountain warehouse in Putney. It was the last one of the size, and they sold it to me without a box. Two days later I decided I didn’t need these shoes and I went to return them in the Fulham branch today the way that I got them, unworn. I wanted an exchange for a different pair- not my money back. The manager looked at the shoes, and he said, “these are worn” it seemed like his default answer since they really weren't worn. He then added he could take them back because they didn't have a box. I explained the situation a few times t him which resulted in wasting my time with no result. Not going to be shopping in mountain warehouse again."

"I ended up here looking for ski gear. As a last resort as it's the only thing slightly relative in London to skiing. I arrived around 5th march. Which is pretty late for the ski season in most places in Europe. But not 3 valleys France. Where I was heading. To my pleasant surprise everything was at at least 50% discount. I managed to get everything I needed a few coats, trousers, gloves hoodies jumpers, all sorts. Without any discount I would have ended up paying £510 pounds. But with the great discounts they had, I only paid £155. Couldn't believe it. Very happy customer."

"I’m travelling to Iceland soon and Sabine gave me fantastic advise on what to buy! She was really helpful with recommending coats based on my needs when it came to waterproofing and warmth. I work for a retailer that is very well known for its customer service and to be honest she outshined many of my co workers. She also recommended accessories such as socks that I hadn’t considered and I’m very happy with them. Excellent customer service, not something you find every day and she deserves real praise from her managers - which I hope she gets! Thank you Sabine!"
