We stayed here over Christmas and the accommodation is very comfortable, has all amenities and conveniently located near Heathrow Airport (in case you have visitors from abroad!). Also, worth visiting Bray village, which is beautiful and nearby. It is also a short drive to other nice locations such as Windsor, Henley and Marlow. “27 August- 2 September 2022 The front desk service was very attentive and professional. We were greeted by Xinchen Li Guest Relations Manager whom was so so helpful. Her PR is excellent and took us in with open arms. The hotel ambience was warm and welcoming with the right mix of traditional, classic charm with a contemporary feel. We are enjoying every minute in your esteem hotel. The doorman remembers our name and welcoming us every time when we returned. Our room was deluxe, clean and fresh, lovely bed and amenities. The bathroom is very clean and fresh and all we need is there. Everybody from staff is friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, location is great too, a short stroll to the tube station. We will definitely come back!”

“The afternoon tea here was absolutely phenomenal. My two children (8 and 5) were so thrilled with the cute and delicious food, and the wonderful atmosphere. The best highlight was our server, Hafize. She was so thoughtful and kind, but also took her time to develop a personal connection with us. My girls adored her too, she was so sweet with them. We left with our bellies and hearts full!”

“Every part of our stay was exceptional from start to end! We were warmly greeted at the front door where our luggage was taken and our car swiftly valet parked. Staff at reception were all friendly, warm and welcoming and we were offered a larger room or one with a view. (We chose the view!). Our room, on the 12th floor, had a gorgeous view of the Elizabeth Tower, London Eye etc. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. (Items like Eggs Benedict do attract a surcharge, but fair enough.) When we checked out we decided to leave the car parked for a bit longer while we went shopping. As with everything else, that request was met with a smile and a friendly, positive reply. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Why this isn't a 5 star makes no sense as the ones we've stayed at, Intercontinental included, can't hold a candle to this gem!”

“The Intercontinental was lovely. By London standards, very good sized rooms. We decided to upgrade to a room with a view & we were happy we did. The staff was great & everyone we interacted with at the hotel was kind and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay! The price was a whopping 1197£ a night on booking but was able to find it the cheapest on Locktrip for 658£ a night, if you do this little trick and add this code L2M5Y before login you get it even cheaper, enjoy.”

“This is by far my favourite pub to visit in Camden and possibly London. The music is on blast all day and the drinks are flowing!! The atmosphere is as epic as the sheer size of the bar area in the middle of the pub. Highly recommend if you love rock music and good alcohol!”

“This hotel is amazing, I stayed for 4 nights in the King deluxe room the rooms were clean & housekeeping team was lovely. The pool, spa & gym was fantastic, the only downside is having to pay a £20 fee to use the spa, besides that I Would definitely recommend and will be a returning guest!☺️”

“First I really want to pay appreciation for the front desk team and reservation team. Mar 01 around 14:30, my wife had to check in alone, and the two male staffs at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Due to sudden work issue I couldn't join so my wife had to visit alone, I did inform this to the front desk and they were so willing to help... what really impressed me wad they really had good intention to help. “Had a lovely stay here recently in a twin double room. Hotel has a lot of character, looks the part for the area and is well located for local venues. Room was clean and tidy and well equipped with a decent size TV, room fridge and other expected amenities. Staff were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. “I'd give service way more stars if I could! Location is in swanky Regents Park, so a little out of the way from Central London, but quick access to the tube on the Jubilee Line. I loved my stay here, the rooms were very clean with a deep soaking tub. They did a room refresh daily, so water, tea, coffee and biscuits were added each day. The lounge area was a hub for people, with a nice bar and restaurant. If traveling alone, you will definitely bump into people to chat if you want. Private members lounge was well staffed for breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Nice quiet place to relax after a long day or wait for someone. I felt very well taken care of and definitely recommend if not being in the center of everything is appealing.”

“I had a great stay in Montcalm East during a business trip for a week. The hotel has quite a unique touch and at the price point the amenities can't be beat. The rooms are well planned, reasonably sized and the bathrooms are well appointed including the heated flooring. The hot/ cold breakfasts are so much better than the traditional American breakfast that is seen in the hotel chains. Location wise, this place is quite central to all the tourist spots that someone may want to hit.”

“Just wanted to share our absolutely awesome experience here recently at the Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal. My wife and I decided to travel to the UK and France for our 10 year anniversary and we brought our kids with us. I ended up getting 2 rooms for us so we weren't as cramped. Let me just say that this hotel exceeded my expectations! It was bright, colorful, clean, safe, the rooms were very clean and functional, breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were incredible and it was right next to a Tube station which was great to get to downtown London easily from. They also had an in-house restaurant which was quite decent and we used it multiple nights when we were just too tired to venture out again. Everything about this stay was great, especially the staff, even down to the maintenance guy who came to fix our breaker in our room when we blew the fuse plugging in a shoddy UK to U.S. power converter lol. Shout-out to Kat & Sarah I believe their names were, front desk manager and server who were super friendly and gave excellent service. Whatever they are getting paid they need to get that doubled because I have never seen employees juggle so many customers like that all while maintaining the same level of service with a smile on their faces. I am a well traveled Hilton Diamond member and this stay absolutely made our vacation and my wife and kids are still talking about it to this day almost a week after we got back to the USA. My ONLY gripes (and this is being nit-picky) was I wish on-site parking garage pricing was a little cheaper (granted there is nearby street parking but with all our luggage I didn't want the extra hassle), I wish there were able to accommodate having our rooms next to each other even though I requested this online months in advance AND called the week of but we still ended up separated by a few rooms. At least we were on the same floor though. Also, I wish they had a little bit softer mattresses. That was our only complaint about the rooms; the mattresses were a bit on the hard side (but this seems to be a common theme in Europe vs the USA), the times we've been abroad most places in Europe have harder beds than what we are used to in the U.S. and this made it difficult to sleep; I feel like a simple mattress topper would do wonders in this department) Other than that, it was an excellent stay and we will absolutely be staying here again whenever we visit London! You'd be doing your self a disservice staying anywhere else for the value you get at this well run hotel!”

“Extremely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the service. I was allowed an early check in and a bump up to a slightly bigger room which was spotless! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay here again if I was to visit London as this is out the way of the main city but close enough to a station to travel in quickly.”

“The people who are giving 1 star surely expected for this to be the Ritz or Four Seasons. The stay was fantastic, especially considering the budget price-point. Everything was clean and the room was extremely quiet. I was kind of worried about being on the first floor because my room faced the street, but I couldn’t hear anything at all. The only complaint I have is the shower. The water pressure is fantastic and the bathroom is spotless, but if you turn the water up too high, it splashes under the shower curtain on to the floor. This is just a design error. FYI, you have to request a hair dryer, cleaning, new towels, etc. IN GENERAL: clean, quiet, amazing location, comfy bed and friendly staff.”
