“The vet I had was amazing with my cat and gave us lots and lots of advice about moving with him. Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”

He has been back & forth from pdsa to vets now in Sutton for overnight care and it’s safe to say he was more than happy at pdsa and went with the vets no problem which gave me comfort. The lady on reception was friendly, and the doctor and nurse I had during my copper coil/IUD fitting were so professional and reassuring.
