"I arranged for a test and release PCR test from Medicspot. This pharmacy was billed as my closest “Testing Hub”. The staff there are totally disorganised and don’t understand the process. They gave me the kit asking if I needed one or two. It’s all in my booking and I had already paid so why didn’t they know? When I took the swab back I was asked to write my name and date of birth on a scrap of paper but all my data is linked to the bar code on the kit. I asked the attendant why I had to write my name but he couldn’t give me sn answer. The results are supposed to come back by 00:59 the following day, 3 days later I was still waiting. I contacted Medicspot and my results magically appeared. I paid £145.00 to be released from quarantine early and go back to work and it was a complete waste of money. One of the worst things was the attendant in the shop was wearing his mask on his chin making me very uncomfortable talking to him. They are supposed to be providing hygienic Covid tests. It’s easier to catch Covid in this Pharmacy than during a trip abroad. Terrible service which costs a fortune and doesn’t deliver what it says it will. I would never use it again!"

"This review is not about this particular branch. I had ordered a Covid-19 Priority Courier RT-PCR test from the website. According to website, it would reach me in a day, I'd test, and send back the next day. It has been 3 days and I still have NOT received the kit. I understand that it’s mostly the delivery agent’s delay, but I am absolutely unable to reach them on any forum (phone, mail, twitter) to arrange for a collection. This is of utmost inconvenience and disrupts my flight schedule!"
