"I popped into the urgent care centre having left my 9 year old son, who had suspected appendicitis, in the car outside. I wanted to check with the reception staff whether it was better to check in at the beacon or take him to the PRUH A&E. I stood at the reception desk for nearly 10 minutes, being actively ignored by the two reception staff, one of which stopped what she was doing to answer the phone while I was standing there. I have no idea what I did wrong; maybe I didn't look ill enough to be there and they judged that I was a time waster. I walked out and took him to the PRUH, where we received stellar service."

"The NHS is broken. The people who work here are tired, overworked and underpaid hence you can tell a lot of them dont care anymore. The doctor was rude, dismissive and accusatory. Such a weird attitude for a doctor and one I wasn't expecting."

"Have been there 3 times in 3 weeks for myself and my children and all for different reasons. The wait can be quite long, but as GPS are still not amazing with appointments they are totally over run and under staffed. Everyone I have seen has been amazing and very helpful and professional."
