“I had been experiencing an issue with my passenger side window which had started to malfunction for a few months prior. Having bought my vehicle into two different garages (audi approved specialist & a friends garage) both failed to diagnose & rectify the headache. Feeling perplexed & deflated I thankfully then decided to reach out to MC Autos who subsequently investigated the matter, established the problem & resolved the issue. “I attended an early reassurance scan and as I was so early they offered an internal scan which I agreed too. I have only had tummy scans in previous early reassurance scans and it’s very difficult to find the baby’s heart beat which is extremely nerve wracking! Here they were very quickly able to find bubbas heart beat and make me feel completely at ease! The staff are lovely, very friendly and bubbly. The facilities are really clean and we left with a lot of information about the baby and pregnancy. I would definitely recommend”

“Dr Anthony helped me recover from a major lower back incident only in 4 visits, at a point when I was feeling insecure and afraid that I had suffered serious damage. When I started my physiotherapy I had difficulty walking, lifting weights, sleeping, and even sitting in my office chair, which made my every day life very difficult, especially as the father of a toddler. The exercises and therapy that Dr Anthony asked me to follow took into consideration the chronic problems I'd been having with my lower back, and previous episodes that stretched back almost 16 years. They did a oil & filter service this was £160.00 cheaper than main dealer and my Idrive on my BMW was updated too. They use genuine parts from the dealers and not the cheaper Euro Car Parts alternative. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on. They are honest and humble.”

“Family orientated club. I have been going on and off for over 30 years now. It’s a great second home to all kids and adults alike. If you’re an adult and want to get fit yourself, get back into it or just meet others trying the sport out then it’s a great place to go. If you want to set your child(ren) up for life with basic skill such as, co-ordination, strength, flexibility, and general fitness, get them along. I’m already taking my 20 month old daughter along to the parent and toddler classes and she loves it (soft play with structure). Can’t recommend it highly enough.”

In between visits Anna gives me exercises to help me so I don't need to book as many appointments. I would be taking lots more sick time off work if it weren't for Anna's treatments, and I would highly recommend her to anybody needing an osteopathy treatment, plus getting appointments outside office hours is a huge help!”

“I train taekwondo and kickboxing here under Grandmaster Nardizzi (taekwondo) and Mr Jason Ogden (kickboxing) . GM Nardizzi has been the best instructor i have trained under over the years. With the nature of my job, im often moving around the country and training taekwondo under different instructors. But hands down GM Nardizzi is the best instructor ive trained under. I only started kickboxing at Impact last year under mr ogden. He too is one of the best martial arts instructors ive trained under. He has trained up fighters to become kickboxing national champions. His classes are very welcoming and very vigorous and if youre looking for a good work out and a great teacher his classes are where to go!”

Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”
