Attentive, empathetic, he knows how to understand your needs and expectations. His whole team is at the top, from the reception to the people who assist the doctor. “Just had my hair coloured there, first time I had visited. Knew I wanted it lightly coloured, nothing too dramatic. Kristie showed me some photos on her phone, I chose a style and a lovely pink colour. I was entirely in her hands. The end result was much better than I had hoped for. She even gave me a quick trim. My husband and friends like it too. Even drew an unsolicited compliment from a young waitress in a cafe. I won't see 70 again so this was a pleasant surprise!”
