"Beautician ruined my eyebrows. She just kept repeating that she has just removed the extra hair and one of my eyebrows has become really thin and she cut my skin. The owner (I'm assuming since no one talked to me) didn't bother to step in or explain to me how my eyebrows turned out the way they did. No customer service just took the money and that's it. I almost felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Never going back! Oh and she dropped wax on me while cleaning my upper lip, cleaned my clothes with oil. Did not bother to clean out the residual wax from my face, I can still taste it. Horrible waste of £13 and my eyebrows are destroyed!"
