"Wow. Absolutely blown away. A hairdressers that listens! 1st proper hair cut in 13 years, terrified. Made to feel so at ease from entering. Danielle gave me an amazing wash and then styled by Bea, who was really attentive, listened to what I had to say and gave me a fantastic cut and style. Gone from my normal shoulder length, “safe” style to a wonderful, very short pixie cut and really couldn’t be happier! Thank you Saks! Especially Bea and Danielle.
