"After a bad barbershop experience the day before, I called at 9:30am on a Sunday and managed to book a standby appointment for 10:45. The stars must've aligned as I was lucky enough to get Mel who managed to fix my bodged trim in less than 10mins. She knew exactly what was wrong and got straight to work. By the time I'd just gotten comfortable, she'd already finished the job. Will look forward to returning again very soon. Thanks a lot Mel!"
