"oh my god!! The best groomer ever!! Andre was so good and professional, l have a very shy moyen poodle, 8 months, only been groomed once before, he was so gentle and took the best care of my dog. He also gave me a few tips and advice on training and dogs therapy, he was super prepared on all my questions. Everywhere l go, people compliment me on the cut and it’s also lasting very long, despite the weather. Thank you so much VERVE, we will definitely be back! Elena and Honey ❤️"

"Walked past at 18:44 on Tuesday 24th and seen a mixed race man with curly black hair grab a big black dog by the ears and scream at the dogs face. If thus is your dog I would highly consider asking to see cctv as animals may be mistreated"

"Lovely place, staff are so friendly. Many beautiful dogs to spend time with, plus a parrot. They were all really well behaved. Nice cafe too with good drinks. Reasonable prices for what you get. I'm not even a dog lover, just went for my daughters birthday and we all had a wonderful time, would highly recommend."

"We’ve had an awful experience with Andre and Verve. We first purchased a collar for our dog which broke about 12 months later (very dangerous as it happened on a busy street). We took it to Andre and he said it wasn’t repairable, so we decided to purchase a new collar. After paying an extortionate amount for the collar, we returned to pick it up and it was different from what we ordered - less crystals and thinner collar. After some discussion, Andre offered to replace with the collar we had ordered. Since then we have called the shop multiple times and still not received the collar. We had messaged Andre’s personal number and no response. Each time I call someone promises me they’ll be in touch and nothing. It’s a total rip off here - don’t pay before you have your item because you’ll never get it otherwise. I’ve asked for a refund instead and that hasn’t happened either. Last time I called Andre shouted at me! Not a great way to run a business."

"I was skeptical when I first got there. The place is smaller than you'd expect but the welcoming is bigger! From dogs and humans! The guys were amazing hosts and the dogs such sociable and very well behaved. The cat didn't show up for a long while (it's a cat in the end) but when he did he very liked being pet and didn't get annoyed. I ordered a lychee martini which was delicious and they treated us almost as friends/family. Absolutely recommended."
