"I live locally so haven't used the hotel services. What I would say is they're a friendly pub with lovely staff. Never had any issues apart from dogs wondering in the restaurant area which isn't ideal as they're handling food. Dog owners should be conscious that people may have allergies or more to the point they shouldn't be left unsupervised as its an area where food, and children/families are."
"Love this pub. Went yesterday lunch time and tried some of their new menu. Loved the mushroom soup and the Guinness pudding!! My partner enjoyed the sirloin steak. An excellent cocktail selection too. Will be back next week, as always, for their happy hour !"
"Top local pub! Great beers, good food and a great roast, they allow dogs which is always a bonus. The staff are very attentive, friendly and personable. They run some great quiz nights in the evenings in the week as well which are a great laugh. Well worth a visit"

The selection of drinks and beers very interesting and the service super attentive, in particular Nico made our evening very special with his brilliant recommendation on food and drinks. "I’m so glad to have stumbled across this place when checking out the local area. It’s now my absolute go to! The staff are absolutely lovely and beyond friendly and welcoming. I’ve taken multiple friends here since who have then gone onto return themselves. Great pub quiz hosted Tuesdays, and the gorgeous garden out back was a lovely sunny spot in the Summer. Great pub lunches, and the pizza hosted out back is delicious. Also great savings from the cocktail happy hours, to Prosecco Friday’s. Definitely recommend for a warm and welcoming environment!"
