“I would like to say a huge thank you to Emma the supervisor and Rebecca the style assistant for going above and beyond to make our shopping experience so perfect! Originally they were closing at 7pm we arrived at 6:50pm and they was so helpful to help advise on colours and styles from dresses, jackets shoes and accessories we was not rushed and both girls could not have been more genuinely interested in helping us. They stayed open until we had said “yes” to the dress! They are both a credit to your company!”

“Went in today and couldn't have had better customer service. I struggle to find jeans & they informed me they had an on site tailoring service. This was perfect as a 5'0 person who always struggles to find jeans the perfect length who's also plus sized. They were helpful, kind & quick with their alterations within 30 mins. Would absolutely recommend worth the price.”

“The best one I visited from many as I drive around. My card stopped working so i asked them if they can keep it for me, came back few hours later and they kept it inside chiller for me. Very good staff. There always new items instore every week and 90% always stocked up. I think Bakery is the best I've seen, always fresh and loads of variety.”

“This was a great experience for me and my family. All of us enjoyed it. Very creative and a good photo opportunity. I need to mention about the lady at the ticket counter as well. She was very friendly and simply awesome. She gave some tips on how to take good pictures here and even took some pics of the family herself. That was very kind of her and I honestly haven't seen very many friendly people like that recently. I was stupid and forgot to ask her name. It wouldn't be an overstatement to say that she made this experience very enjoyable for us. People like this are an asset to the establishment. Please do give it a shot if you are around Lakeside. “Went to Lakeside today to by my son a watch for his 18th birthday went in looked arround staff to busy talking to make any attempt to serve us ... we went out side only to be followed by a member of staff that asked us if they could be of any help explained the situation and to my amazement we received we received a customer service that was second to none... thank you alll so much for the service we received”
