"Service may need some work, seems understaffed and slow at peak times of the day! I've been a few times recently during lunch breaks at work and found a store at least half full with only one staff member in site! Beyond the apparent staffing issues, Caffè Nero has easily replaced Costa as my preferred coffee shop and where I can I will always opt for a Caffè Nero coffee over any other when out for a day or shopping, I just wish there were more of them local to me!"
