"We attempted to return the heater because of its increased size after purchasing it last week. The TSM Ms. Hannah provided really poor customer service. I have to carry the 20 kg of the product back home because she was unable to make the appropriate decision. She came up with a really lame excuse, such as "the packing thermocol has broken, despite the fact that I have a 30-day return policy. I don't see why it makes sense to remove the product from its package without damaging the paper or thermocol container. She claims that I must keep the £245 product I don't even need because of this."
