"Walked into the shop to get my nails filed and apply nail color, the lady after asking me what I’d like to have done said ‘long wait, long wait’ and I asked if she sells nail polish and she pointed to the tray, I looked and asked if she had Red as the tray had only Nude and her reply was ‘go get it from the shops’!!! Very rude woman. Not going in there again! She needs to understand and be gentle / nice to her customers. Shameful really."
