“Gavin was super helpful and could quickly spot my problem. He clearly explained to me what cause my injury and provide me treatment which did sooth my pain. I am continually doing the exercise that he taught me, my injured part has gone better and improved. I'd definitely recommend people to go to him if you are suffering any issue as he will help you fixing it. The most importantly is the cost is friendly and fair compared with any physios.”

I had an express order supposed to come between 1 and 2pm which showed as delivered and hadn’t actually came and I was worried about my children’s dinner being on the plate. “Great park. Probably the best in the area to be honest. Long walks, great views and a real sense of being away from it all... even though it’s only 5 minutes away from the outskirts of Romford. Oh, plus the deer compound and the secret walled garden. Just to add to the allure!!! Update... they now have some new play equipment near the main car park. Fantastic!”

“Staff are exceptionally well with the kids. My daughter loves coming to nursery it is one of her favourite places. As we approach the nursery and she sees the door she gets very excited. She has been going there since she was 18 months, she is now 3. The staff are kind and loving and are able to attend to all of her needs. I would highly recommend this nursery.”

“Brilliant NHS Sevices by the NELFT including Community Podiatry Services, Phlebotomy (Blood Test), Tissue Viability Service and Physiotherapy. Have been using this service for more than 5 years and very happy with it! Reception & Booking Team and Clinicians are very friendly and professional! Excellent service! Even though this centre does have GP Surgeries but these are outside of NELFT. Many reviews being left here are for GP Surgery which, I believe, doesn't reflect the overall service!”

You’re in a very vulnerable state after surgery so this was very important for me. Her space was very clean & everything was very professional might I add her lymphatic massages are thorough but painless. I couldn’t believe it.
