"Firstly, have to say what a friendly, knowledgeable and professional person Gavin is. Not a question in relation to my injuries he couldn't give me a thoroughly detailed explanation for. I came to Gavin, with numerous knee and tendon issues in the hope he could get me through this years Edinburgh Marathon. On the back on no training and a lot of pain and the short time of just 5 sessions we had before the race he managed to get me fit and able to finish it. Would absolutely recommend Gavin to anyone. Brilliant."
