"Could use a lot of improvements. Quite dirty inside. No toilet paper in the loos. Their card machine is always "broken". Hardly any room for adults to sit. coffee server boiling and the list goes on. Parents stay away."

"The place is dingy, run down with furniture torn and one sofa missing legs with a sign saying not to sit on it - should have been removed immediately. Definitely won't be taking my grandchildren there again- they should not be charging £5 per child."

"Very disappointed with the level of hygiene of this place. Arrived at 10 am with very few children to find all the toys, the soft area extremely dirty, full of hair, dust and sticky. We only have been there for half an hour or less! As a matter of the fact my son has been severely ill with a gastrointestinal virus just the day after we have been there! I would Never recommend this place and I will never go there again."
