"Do not ever send your child here they are corrupt when the social worker leaves never have food for the kids physically punches and puts their hands in the children’s face especially the manager Tosin they treat the disabled children who can’t speak Warsaw when a child tries to stand up they push them back down very corrupt this place has great concern to me never ever send your child their children wake up in the night with in their bed 17--year-olds When you go there it’s all the front it’s all lies when OFSTED turns up they tell the children to go to their rooms and not to speak to them this place is not fit for purpose They go shopping on a Monday and if the food don’t last they have to wait till the following Monday very very corrupt"

"My brother was at footsteps where another resident was constantly triggering my bother and the staff admitted it was being done deliberately on his monthly reviews report but it was my brother that had to eat his dinner in the garden it was my brother who had to go for walks to the shop and rides out in the car when the other child was deliberately targeting my brother until he got hurt and needed surgery This company had absolutely no empathy or compassion for him when he was hurt and needed an an operation they kicked him out of his home. Now the social services are now taking legal action and my mum has tried to get answers and they are not replying to her emails and now going to offstead. Terriable treatment for my brother"
