“Daisy's café at The Bunker in Uxbridge has a limited menu but they really do have the loveliest staff. (Shirley and Monika today). It's a place you could happily sit on your own or with friends. Lovely garden and planes nearby too. And The Bunker tours are fascinating.”

“Lovely independent restaurant with friendly staff that can accommodate couples and larger groups. We've been 3 times so far and can't complain. Plenty of good food choices including a dish described as 'traditional bandit food'.”

“This was my first visit to this newly refurbished bar the new interior was impressive plenty of seating inside and outside £8.80 for 2 beers in a great setting, served by enthusiastic staff.There was only snacks available but I spoke to the manager who informed me when the restaurant upstairs opens they will be provide meals. This bar is not just for golf players open to everyone a little gem just 10 min from Heathrow”

“Lovely large greeny to walk to dog aswell as a big park for the kids, an adult gym they have tennis courts and bowls, nice bit of woodland and plenty of bushes to pick blackberries in season.”

“Fantastic little family run cafe where we’ve been going for years. The chilli con carne is so good. Also had a nice caramel coffee frappe, though i think they might need to upgrade their blenders or put new blades as it’s not as smooth as it should be. Lots of small pieces of ice which makes it less enjoyable to drink.”

“I spend a lot of time traveling around the country, (London, Glasgow, Birmingham etc) and being a bit of a curry addict I always check out a local restaurant, some good, some no so good. But if you're ever in the Hayes area, on the Uxbridge Road, do not hesitate visiting Grapes Tandoori. The food and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, courteous, and the food is superb. All dishes are cooked fresh, with generous portions, and the taste is amazing. I love spicy, so the vindaloo is my go to dish, usually it can be just chilly power hot, but this one was Incredible. Hot, yes but you could still taste all the other flavours a good curry should have - superb. and check out their mushroom rice -again unbeatable. I definitely will be going back.”

“What a gem of a place. I honestly could not fault it. The food the staff the ambience, the setting the decor it was perfect. I couldn’t tell you what i had it was a dish with chicken in it , I let the waiter choose for me. But it was the best I’ve ever tasted. “Had an amazing evening celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Christine the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Amazing food and location. Staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough. Highly recommend for a special celebration or for just enjoying a quiet meal/drink. Great place to visit all year round”

“The staff were very helpful, and just really polite, patient, and professional, and made our stay relatively relaxed stress free *(we had a 6 month old with us upon writing this). Even though this place was busy with families enjoying Legoland, it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. They get busy at the weekends and half terms by looks of it, and the very helpful staff members were keeping us regularly up to date with when our food is coming. “We had Cod and chips with curry sauce tonight . Best chunky cod for miles. Never had a bad Fish and chips meal from the Dolphin. The staff are always 110%. Well Done.”
