"Love the Italian bean soup with bread, it’s like a home cooked meal! Great little location on the side of the canal, a nice walk with some lunch is one of my favourite things to do on the weekend. Indoor and outdoor seating available (limited tables inside) and dog friendly outside (not sure on inside). Nice to sit outside and watch the canal boats go through the lock as they pass."

"We didn't eat here but popped in for an ice cream as we walked along the canal. The setting is beautiful, right next to a lock so you can sit and relax and watch the boats. The menu looked lovely and the staff all seemed really friendly. Lots of outdoor seating and beautifully kept plants and gardens."
