"Went there last Sunday, booked a table for 12 over a week in advance. No table was set up and they didn't know where we were suppose to be sitting. Did get a table in a backroom which had 0 atmosphere, no one else about and had boxes and all kinds of junk in like a garage, really poor. The table was for 8 so we then had to move a circle table next to a long table. So unorganised. Carvery had no stuffing. Starters not available at all, starters here usually a highlight to. The staff were nice and did blame this on manager being away but if a manager goes away everything should be put in place. I booked it for family so overall was quite embarrassing."
