“Exceptional service at the highest levels befitting of London and the Four Seasons brand. The resort took the time to know our family. Thus upon arrival we were greeted in our room with locally sourced chocolates, treats, and a British teddy bear for our child. This was wonderful after a long flight from the US. The suite was grandiose and spacious from top to bottom, this is impressive considering it's a modernized classic building in the middle of one of the most congested global cities. The same can be said about the spa and pool, truly a gem within the city. What they have done with the building is an architectural marvel, check out the mini replica in the foyer. The concierge desk was amazing, obtaining a table for us with no notice at their 2 star Michelin restaurant and retrieving a lost item after departure. The service put the experience over the edge. Only the best and brightest work here, and it's easy to tell, from the doorman to the dining room. Finally, the special attention to our child from all the staff was remarkable and thoughtful. This is how a luxury resort should operate, bravo!”

“Stopped by the Stafford for a drink and lunch with my wife and father and law to repeat a tradition passed down from my dad who has been going to the Stafford for many years. We were really impressed by the service and staff and how well they accommodated our small sleeping baby in a stroller. Great experience, great service - highly recommend the restaurant and American Bar.”

“Convenient location to hop on to the cable car to O2 arena at North Greenwich. The cable car station which used to called Emirates is now called IPS Cloud. It is a few minutes walk from Royal Victoria DLR station. Nearby restaurants and cafes. Open water swimming is possible near the cable car station only.”

“Went here on Sunday and have to say Matt and Ismail are brilliant, both so helpful and friendly, and provide excellent service. Fixed the flat tyre I had within half an hour and gave great advice. 10/10 would recommend. Wouldn’t bother looking at Hammersmith, Chelsea, or Brentford Kwik Fit branches for weekend emergency work as they don’t answer the phone or are too busy. After speaking with Matt and Ismail I wouldn’t go anywhere else in future now. Thank you again, you legends.”

“I had a problem with my car tyres and I popped into a couple of garages and they were no help what so ever. One my travels I drove pass Kwik fit on Leyton High Road I turned around gone into the office Explained my problem and it was no problem for the gentleman he just told me to drive the car in and sorted the problem. Excellent Service will defiantly go there again.”

“Excellent treatment from the periodontist - I have sensitive teeth and past dental treatment had always been painful. She was very understanding, administered excellent pain relief and was very informative about what was happening at all stages the treatment.”

“Fab 7th Birthday Party! We celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday with her friends today. Special thanks to the host Sherry! She was super attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The kids really enjoyed the jumping and the pizzas were fresh and yummy. The jacket potato could have done with more topping- hardly any cheese or beans, but other than that a lovely party!”

“We stayed here as our mini-moon for a weekend. The staff were very attentive, Kamel in particular was very kind and welcoming. The food were delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Breakfast had a lot to offer and choices and again, very quick and lovely service and food. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The extra attention to detail and dedicated card did not go unnoticed. Overall, a very pleasant stay to celebrate our wedding!”

“Perfect location, close to public transport, small Tesco, bank of Thames are nearby. Rooms were updated, spacious and clean and the small kitchen was a useful extra. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious. When we visit London we will stay here again.”

“One of my rare 5-star reviews :-P. Check-in: Uncomplicated, and pleasant, with Peter explaining facilities available. Room: Wow. Large, spacious (by London standards), clean, and clean modern decor. Small functional kitchenette with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Nespresso machine, tea, cookies, UHT milk. Bathroom equally spacious, with adjustable height shower (no rainfall shower, if that matters to you). Small settee at the end of the bedto stretch out and relax. Comfortable bed, with reading lights. Small table with chairs, for a quick bite to eat. Room relatively quiet, very little noise intrusion from outside, occasional noise from corridor, but all in all, pretty quiet. Facilities: Breakfast (7-11 weekdays) served at lobby lounge. Continental and simple; best to inspect prior to purchase to decide value for money. Lounge was clean and open to guests, with 24/7 coffee/tea available. Staff: Friendly throughout. Room wasn't serviced for 2 night stay, but that was OK with me. Location: A little bit of a walk from Underground or Overground station (15 mins brisk walk), but buses available. Lots to eat in the vicinity, looks like quite a thriving and mid-scale neighborhood. 10 mins brisk walk to the British Design Centre. (Minor) Grouses: No shower gel provided (but shampoo, tiny bar of soap and body lotion). More eco approach would be to provide dispensers for the above, rather than single use plastics. Detergent and sponge provided for kitchenette, but no dishcloth or disposable wipe (paper towels provided, though!) Summary: Modern, spacious, comfortable. Would stay again, in a shot!”

“While the price up front may seem quite daunting, it is certainly worth every penny. The staff were exceptional, catering to our every need, especially Sonya, who was able to secure us bookings in the restaurants of our choice every evening with no problems at all. The room was unbelievable. The views out the window were worth the price alone. The restaurant in the hotel was exceptional as well, with the Mongolian Beef being my recommendation. In summary, the Shangri-La is a once in a lifetime experience that should not be missed.”

“I joined the club after lockdown and it's hands down the only sporty activity I've managed to keep up with regularly, over a year now (and I really hate going to the gym generally)! It's a great club for beginners, as you get to fence other inexperienced fencers, as well as people with more than 10-15 years of experience who will give you advice and guidance. The private lessons are also nice and the coaches have different teaching styles, so you can learn various skills from all of them. It's a great place if you're new to London and are looking to also enrich your social life, while getting some intense cardio done!”

“I stayed here for a week with my family while traveling for work. Our room was very clean and cleaning/refreshing was offered daily. I was gone most of each day, but thought everyone was very nice and accommodating. Staff were happy to help with taxis, umbrellas, and gave me converters for electronics after I realized I left mine at home. My family was at the hotel much more than I was, and they had great things to say about the staff, food, etc.”

“Dealt with Rishi the manager at the reception desk, his customer service and knowledge is excellent. Very helpful and polite guy. Would highly recommend this Kwik Fit to anyone thinking to use them. “Really great way to spend a summer day. Easy to book but accepting walk ins (at least in the morning). It gets pretty crowded but not unmanageable. You need to put your towel on the ground that is concrete but the pool is not overcrowded. Remember to take 1 pound for the lockers (retrievable). They have a cafe that serves coffee, drinks and food through the day. If you book morning you can stay practically the whole day. There is enough place decaded for both free swimming and the professional swimming. Highly recommend!”

“The afternoon tea here was absolutely phenomenal. My two children (8 and 5) were so thrilled with the cute and delicious food, and the wonderful atmosphere. The best highlight was our server, Hafize. She was so thoughtful and kind, but also took her time to develop a personal connection with us. My girls adored her too, she was so sweet with them. We left with our bellies and hearts full!”

“I attended the Northway Clinic with my mother and grandmother to obtain supporting travel documents. Dr Bodani was an extremely polite and gracious gentleman. He dealt with my family's request promptly and efficiently. I will be returning there with my partner in the future. The building was excellent and clean. Staff all friendly, polite and welcoming. Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. “Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

Breakfast was superb , your paying for high quality food and the amazing views as far as the London Eye, The Shard and many otherlandmarks.. all this served on floor 37. If you pay for a treatment from the treatment menu then you can get free use of the spa facilities. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy that I had spent time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and St Pancras Spa. Everything you need is here from the restaurant, bar and rooms for overnight stays.”
