“I just wanted to drop you all a quick note and especially Richard for your fantastic help and support in my hour of need. Last week whilst on furlough, I decided to try and un-block my downstairs cloakroom sink and what was meant to be an easy job, turned into a situation whereby my whole pop-up plug assembly and u bend needing replacing. I phoned your good selves and spoke to a very helpful and polite lady and explained my DIY dilemma. The lady assured me not to worry and that she would get Richard to call me back. Richard called me back within 5 minutes and told me to come down to your premises and he would help me out. Cut a long story short, Richard was extremely helpful, polite and got all of the parts that I needed, talked me through reassembly and said he would be available to talk to on the phone if I had any issues when putting everything back together. His help and advice was spot on and I got the job done. Richard observed all of the correct precautionary anti - Covid 19 government advice throughout my visit, which was even more reassuring. I felt that the least that I could do would be to take 5 minutes to thank Brands Of Watford for being open, Richard for being at work and for his brilliant service and assistance! “I got my ears pierced here (i would defo recommend increasing the SEO on this as I nearly forgot this was a service!) and the manager Cerys was extremely professional. During my visit a queue quickly formed, but despite this Cerys made sure I was 100% happy with the positioning of where I wanted my ears pieced, remaining very polite, patient, and incredibly friendly the entire time. Of no one’s fault, the piercing gum decided to play up, but Cerys and the team on the floor continued to provide an exceptional service, thank you all. Aside from this experience, I am a regular shopper at Lovisa Watford as I love the products and it’s pretty good value for money too!”
