"Just came back from here and really shocked at how I've just been treated. I have been using this barber for just under 2 years. Today for the first time i turned up my appointment about 15 minutes late and was rudely refused service and told to pay full price (which i did). I was yelled at by Luca and got lectured on how stressed he was because his wife is 9 months pregnant and he cant be late home today. I asked if it was possible to do a quicker cut in the last 15 minutes just to tidy the hair up and again was just rudely cut off and told no. Even though I know it's my fault for being late to this appointment, this is an appalling way to treat your regular customers and it's a massive surprise given that I've been a regular for so long. You could have refused the appointment in a kind way, but the moment I tried to explain why I was late you cut ot off immediately with your own rant about your own issues. There is no offer to call me if a slot becomes available or cancellation. No offer to pay discount due to being a regular and not getting a cut. No offer to rebook another timeslot at another date. Literally just told there were no alternatives but to pay and get out. I feel too disrespected to use your services again."

Exemplary Service, Great Shop, Clean tools and of course a haircut that is that's probably the best, both in and outside of Watford. Make an appoint, grab a beer (or coffee) and enjoy the best haircut you'll ever get."
