"Got a lovely bag in sales. Shop floor staff friendly and helpful. But on cash out staff not sure what to do or get correct code for bag. They did apologize for wait,but during process dropped bag on floor. No apology ?was last one in that style expected better service at till not just put in bag once picked up off shoot floor."
