"Clothes are good, shame about the staff. Clearly closing at 9pm doesn’t mean you are providing a service up until 9pm. Closing the changing rooms at 8:30pm and then telling customers that you can’t try anything on and they will be closing 5 minutes early isn’t exactly what I would call good service. I was going to spend £150+ but I’ll take my money and custom elsewhere. Well done Lakeside"
