I went there many times before making the decision to buy one of their vegan shoes. Every time I was well looked after, mainly by Agnieszka and Camil. The shop is great to try the shoes however it would be nice I think to have a sort of different type or ground to see how the shoes feel on different ground, like in trek shops. I just bought the shoe yesterday so I will update on my experience another time. But I was happy with the service.”

The quality is exquisite, the customer service is excellent; they are friendly and most helpful in there jobs. However the clothes are expensive and you should only shop here if you have at least £600 to spend. As one t-shirt is nearly £155. But overall the store is excellent.”

For this reason, it would’ve been ideal for John Lewis to employ more staff because I often struggle to find somebody to find and ask questions especially in the technical and home department. The ladies at the Place To Eat are very polite and helpful. The beauty section in downstairs quite pushy with selling parfumes, but I approach myself the counter I need if I need to buy a Parfum. The toilets facilities for this store sometimes out of operation or just not clean enough. Could do with general cleaning. But the Waitrose in the LG often out of stock. I can never find ingredients I need, because it is more convenient to do all my shopping from one shop, rather than going to different ones.”

The staff member was alone in store at the time, so we couldn't have two assistants to pierce one ear each at the same time as planned, but this ended in my Daughter making a brave decision... To have her ears pierced one after the other. The assistant really reassured my Daughter, made her laugh & feel at ease, as well as being super hygienic & keeping us both updated on everything she did at all times. One ear was pierced, flowed quickly & confidently by the next... No fuss, quickly executed & no time to register any pain, just a little discomfort. Aftercare fully explained & demonstrated, leaving me confident that I could care for my Daughter's fresh, beautiful piercings. Thank you Claire's. x”
