"I recently discovered peacocks and ordered some clothes on line , sadly i had to return them and as in New Malden thought it might be easier to take into store . Complete with the return note the customer assistant who was not to happy to do a return asked for a receipt . I showed him the return note and he stated he needed a receipt .i again explained it was an online order. Eventually being faced with a stine wall i left with my items to take to post office sorry peacocks wont be using you again customer service is so important ..i did not get it in your store"

"I have been buying my clothes in New Malden Peacocks since it opened.There clothes are fashionable, very hard wearing and of reasonable prices.The staff are always friendly and very helpful.It is our only clothing store in the high street and it will be devastating to our High Street if it closes."
