"We have been using an Innopet Adventure Buggy for at least 5 years now, through a family member who had used it for several years before me. Lovely strong buggy carrying my little dog through many adventures, over all sorts of terrains. Recently whilst on holiday we had a mis-hap with the front wheel which meant I needed a spare part. I received excellent advice and customer care. Andrea could not have done more to help. I cannot recommend Pets Own Us highly enough. My little dog Harry now has his buggy back and we are able to head off on more adventures. Thank you so much."

"I ordered the Ibiyaya Breathable Dachshund Carrier from Pets Own Us for my 11 year old Dachshund Cross as he suffers from arthritis and struggles to walk for long periods...and let me just say the service has been impeccable! "Amazing all terrain dog stroller. We bought this for walks and hiking for our dog. Oscar is 12 years old and suffers with hip problems and suffers the next day after any walk. He’s on daily medication now and advisable 20 min max walks. We got this so Oscar wouldn’t miss out on the walks and hikes with us. He sits in it for short periods, runs around for a bit and gets back in. This has transformed our life and his by allowing him to be with us and allowing us to ensure he isn’t overdoing it! We have tested this on gravel paths, woodland, mountain terrain and normal paths. It’s light so easy to manoeuvre over obstacles and pick up to get over turnstiles. We chose solid wheels only because of the terrain we normally walk on. The service was excellent, fast delivery and good communication. It was expensive but we made the mistake of buying a cheaper version previously which wasn’t fit for purpose. We also tried bags and backpacks you can use for dogs which Oscar wouldn’t entertain using. I wish we bought this first."

"Our nearly aged 12 Westie very unfortunately developed Diabetes and arthritis. We thought that our long walks in the Forest (we’re in our 70s so need to keep fit) would have to come to an end. Our daughter told us about the ‘dog chairs’ sold by PetsOwnUs . My husband was not enthused to say the least! Anyway, we watched the videos and read the reviews. Still sceptical (him in doors) I ordered one. Well, when it arrived, he, being an ex-engineer gave it a thorough inspection. First hurdle over he was very impressed at the quality. Phew! Pension money well spent! Next, would our precious dog take to it? Blooming heck she sits in it like “lady Muck” and if the photos show (I’m not IT clever) proof is in the picture. Win, Win all round, we get our long walks and she enjoys the view and has needed short walks. I was also very amazed that I ordered the chair on the Friday afternoon, and it arrived the very next day – Not only a quality product but a quality service as well - THANK YOU."
