It just so happens that both people who crashed into us use LV= Even though we were not at fault (parked car) on both occasions our insurance company wanted us to pay an excess, transfered us to a care hire company who refused to hire us a car and made everything much more complex by asking us to make bookings and report back. On both occasions we decided to go through LV= after recieving a text.
