“Everything is very convenient and just right. Location is really great and you can feel like you became an East Londoner! Room is very compact but I liked it. Staff is always friendly and nice and say hi to you. The lady who let me check in very early (9am but this was an exception) did it without making a big deal and she was super cool. “My sister was staying here on business and we went to check into the hotel. The details this hotel has paid attention to is unreal. Each room is tastefully decorated and the people who work there are exceptionally attentive. There are free sweets and flavoured water at reception and the hotel smells incredible everywhere you go. The views from the room are stunning and I love the idea of window seats. You can have your coffee to go ready for the morning and their rooftop bar has stunning views also. There are mini cuckoo clocks in the room, organic bedsheets and comfy pillows. I would love to stay here in the future with my partner.”

“I spent one night here before an international flight the following morning. This is a great option if you don’t want to deal with traveling the airport the morning of a flight. Check in was easy and very friendly. Hotel is easy to find when arriving at the terminal and the property is well kept and secure. The room was small and lacked a window, but it it was modern and just enough for one night. Great bathroom and super quiet. Only issue is that there are not many good dining options in this part of the airport.”

“We stayed here for one night for my nephews birthday. On arrival we were met by the lovely Raj, the Deputy Manager. Check in wasn’t til 3 but we agreed to pay a small fee for early check in. Raj kindly upgraded us to a family room with a beautiful view and also gave the kids some chocolates. He even offered to put the birthday banners in the room whilst we went shopping. Summary - great hotel; spacious and clean, friendly staff and a short distance to the nearest tube stop and shops and restaurants.”

“Our stay here was a few days. Very quiet and peaceful place. You even have your own personal key and without it you cannot get into the lift to your room so very safe, not anybody can come in. Built in showers that are clean and TV and confectionery provided.”
