“I have been coming to this salon religiously for over 1 year, every 4 weeks. I cannot praise the team enough for their outstanding skill and customer service. Everyone is so lovely and able to answer any and all questions regarding their services and make honest recommendations. I first came in by chance to get acrylics removed, and was recommended to start using bio gel due to now damaged my nails were, and since then my natural nails are half an inch long and extremely healthy. I’ve also had my eyelashes done by Thalia and I must say they were the most beautiful lashes using the best products / material, by far the best lash extensions me or anyone else has had. I’ve just had my first facial to start my clear skin journey and the recommendations / information given to me is one of a kind. It’s rare to find people in the beauty industry who really care about how things look / feel for customers however the nail & beauty shop is a rare gem, who never recommend the most expensive service but instead recommend things that work for you. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, however it is 100% worth it plus there’s always reggaeton or Latin music in the background to vibe to :)”

“From the moment we walked into the Guildford showroom three weeks ago, to when we placed our order yesterday, we had the pleasure of being looked after by Alejandra Rangel. She immediately put us at ease and did not try to sell us anything- never felt under pressure to buy anything at any stage - and yet, we felt we wanted to engage and buy BO products as she was so knowledgeable, approachable, professional and friendly. Alejandra manages the show room I believe, only knew that from her emails - her passion and ability to genuinely care regards buying the right sofa and rug was very empowering. Using her experience and knowledge allowed Alejandra to help us with dimensions, best fit, best material too - the fact we ended up buying a smaller sofa than we originally wanted by showing us what we would end up with using the excellent in-house technology, speaks volumes for her skills and integrity. She managed to be tenacious enough to show she cared and not too aggressive to be off putting - a great skill to have. Her passion for the products, the company and doing a first class job shone through. Having visited several BO stores over the past six months, Alejandra was the sole reason that we finally concluded a purchase. Excellent interaction and all round experience. Thank you”

“Wonderful brunch with friends here on Sunday. They have plenty of seating, some fantastic breakfast/brunch options and really speedy and friendly service. Coffee was also good so we were very impressed with our visit and will definitely return to check out the champagne brunch deal (any breakfast dish, glass of champagne and juice or coffee for £17.95) Tip- if you’re driving into town then it’s best to park at the Castle Street or Sydenham Road car park and wander down to the restaurant.”

“Seems well run, safety conscious and in good working order. The trampolines are nice and bouncy unlike some bounce parks. All the staff come across well. My only complaint would be there are no foods catering for people with dietary requirements. However that is a nit pick. I've brought my kids here many times and we always have a really good time.”

“I am gentle man I went to the smoking area Someone was trying to jump from there to inside,I didn’t know him,he was falling down so I holded his hand. Lady bouncer saw that and she took me out. I tried to explain to her that I didn’t know this person,but she is arrogant and doesn’t listen anyone. She is spoiling the business and name of the popworld. She spoke to manager and he didn’t even listen My opinion here is that you can’t run the business like this. I am a very unhappy customer and I want that management should take action about this Your bouncers behave like gangsters,they were actually threatening me I tried to go this week and tried explaining but she stopped me again and didn’t even listen It’s the business she stopped”

“The only reason the room did not get five stars was a few little things that were evident but did not affect my stay. The ceiling above the air con showed black mould? And the clip on the toilet seat was missing but the seat worked just cosmetic. The room was big and there was a good quantity of coat hangers I did ask for more drinks and milk, staff was efficient. And pleasant and very helpful. Parking at night can be a bit tricky I came back late and all the spaces were full. I managed to squeeze in. Even though it was full the hotel was quiet.”

As requested, driver took me to destination, waited while I attended an appointment, and then drove me back. Driver was pleasant, friendly, calm and confident. “Really surprised by the high number of ‘awful’ reviews. We stayed for the weekend, 2 nights, including dinner and breakfast on both days, and we thought it was amazing value for money. The hotel itself is lovely and downstairs is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Our room was small but very clean and we had a very comfortable bed with everything we needed. The spa is great, indoor pool and facilities are great as well as the outdoor hydro pool. Considering we are gym goers we thought the facilities were perfect, had everything we needed. Breakfast has a good buffet. Good selection of English breakfast, yoghurts toast coffee machine. Although no fruit at all. Dinner was lovely, amazing burger. The only thing I would say about our stay is that the staff could be more friendly and approachable and the truffle Parmesan chips did not seem like it had any truffle. We also thought they could promote their massage and beauty treatments a bit more, we wouldn’t have known they offered them. It seemed more like a hotel with spa facilities rather than a spa. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely stay again for what we paid for.”
