"I am gentle man I went to the smoking area Someone was trying to jump from there to inside,I didn’t know him,he was falling down so I holded his hand. Lady bouncer saw that and she took me out. I tried to explain to her that I didn’t know this person,but she is arrogant and doesn’t listen anyone. She is spoiling the business and name of the popworld. She spoke to manager and he didn’t even listen My opinion here is that you can’t run the business like this. I am a very unhappy customer and I want that management should take action about this Your bouncers behave like gangsters,they were actually threatening me I tried to go this week and tried explaining but she stopped me again and didn’t even listen It’s the business she stopped"

"Music and doormen were brilliant. The bar staff were shocking. I've worked in bars clubs and pubs and they were so slow, they could of easily taken 2 maybe 3 times as much that night if they were faster. Looking like they didn't want to be there, no engagement no smiles. I'm not exaggerating when I say she was even taking her time placing the cups on the bar. One. At. A. Time. Then looking around before pouring the drinks. This was when it was 1am and the bar was 3 rows deep of people who have been waiting 25+ minutes. Shocking."
