Plenty of benches to have a sit and read a book or contemplate life Park smells fantastic in the evening mid May ,when various plants start blossoming. Even during a sunny days , it doesn't get too busy. If u play tennis ,there are 8 courts at your disposal (you have to buy a membership which is only a small annual fee). Annoying things are dog owners that let their dogs run freely everywhere without leash - it shouldn't be allowed ( some time ago one dog grabbed my sandwich and the owner lady found it funny)”

“I have lived in Croydon my whole life and had never stepped foot in this pub until yesterday, and boy have I been missing out! The pub has an entire vegan menu which is incredible and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend visiting and look forward to many more visits in future. Just one minor suggestion, having some vegan dessert options on your menu would save me a trip to the next door pub for my sweet fix :) otherwise, loved this place and will definitely be back! :)”

“This place is a dream! Massive soft play center! My now 6 year old and 2 year old had an amazing time. They have a toddler section up to 5 years old and then the main play area for the bigger kids. Then they have electric quad bikes, a rock wall , and a place to eat. The slot is 2 hours which is a perfect amount of time to get you and the little ones worn out! Tip : its advised to wear shoes in the main play area, the wood and rope really hurt your feet :)”

“We had an excellent time at Oxygen Croydon in the preschoolers / under 5s session. The staff were fantastic, energised, happy and led some lovely extra activities during the hour. Best trampoline Park we've been to.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. We booked a double room and paid on arrival, we were then told that we had a free upgrade to a king-size room which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! The rooms are clean, light, and great-sized. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a lovely illuminated mirror. We had water and biscuits provided every day during our stay and a working fridge which can be used. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use but was always busy which is a good sign, and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks should you require anything. The hotel is situated a 5 min walk from Croydon East station, and takes about 30 minutes to get into London, making it a good base in my opinion. Equally, Croydon centre is a 5 minute walk and there is an array of places to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again and would recommend.”

“Great location with on site park convenient for when your taking your kids to the cinema or going with someone else lots of different food shop to pick for with entertainment for the whole family to enjoy for all ages very comfortable seats that recline with even a take to put your snacks.”

“I’m really glad I invited Gordon to my son’s birthday party for around 25 children and their parents. He is a true professional! He greeted each child and built rapport with them, he entertained them with unique, fun and inclusive games and then did a spell-binding magic show! Gordon made sure my son was at the centre of the party and was made to feel very special! His friends were so engaged with the games which they haven’t played before and the surprise on their faces from the magic was so wonderful to see! “I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

You can tell they really care about the children and create a really stimulating and positive environment for them. I love all the staff that work there and they have really aided in my daughter’s development over the years. She regularly comes home singing new songs, writing letters and numbers and she even learned some Spanish!”

We had tripe soup, turkey soup, chicken with polenta, pizza, and papanași and I can say all of them were amazing. Would definitely go again.”

The front bar is tailor-made for conversation but there's a few nooks and crannies if you just fancy a quiet drink. The beer garden may be under the flyover but it's well-maintained and comes into its own in the summer. The best pint of London Pride for many miles and high-quality Italian-style pub grub too.
