"A fine selection of cask, key keg, and bottled beers in good condition on my visit. Friendly owners, "homey" atmosphere allowing chatting without loud mood music. Enjoyable. 1 year on, and the vibe remains the same. Cheery but not OTT Christmas decorations and good atmosphere. A great feature is that the real ale prices remain reasonable, despite local competition for lower, and higher, London prices. Taken as a whole, for this sort of gentle environment, coupled with friendly personal service it’s great value. Keep up the good work."
