"An excellent, albeit brief experience. I phoned them early in the morning and they easily arranged to order a replacement tyre - for a relatively new electric car. When I couldn't specify a time to visit, they were flexible and helpful. The cost of the tyre was around £10 more than Kwik Fit, but this didn't matter ... they looked at my tyre within 10 minutes of me getting there unannounced, fixed the puncture and charged me nothing.
