Easy food in Welling

“I used to go to a supermarket (Tesco etc) once a week for my shop, but I've been trying to support local businesses lately. Thankfully, this place makes it very easy to do that. Has everything you could possibly need plus a lot of things you should try. For a local shop the standard of fruit and veg is excellent, which can't be said for everywhere else on Ilford Lane.”

“They have so much food from all round the world..the smell of the spices is amazing. You have to take your time to really have a look at everything..they have beautiful desserts from Greece and the freezer section is overflowing with such delicious foods. I did ask for price check and was helped..but on a product availability wasn't very helpful just sent me to another section..but it's nice to see all the fresh produce and everything else. Well worth a visit.”

“Glorious supermarket, google has the location in the wrong place though. It’s next to the body shop and h&m on Cheapside. Wish they’d markdown the prepared foods late night though. Good cheese selection and EXCELLENT wine selection.”

“( grab and go co-op) This is not the co-op where you’re going to buy your local grocery Shopping .. firstly It’s a vary good price for central London because they kept to the Uk wide co-op price, the customer Services is more then satisfactory and the food looks clean and fresh and everything pops out in colour and everything is tidy and neatly laid out , the shop as a fun young modern vibe to it, This place mostly caters to LSE students and Staff due to its location, It’s more of a GRAB and GO and it’s clean and modern and well thought out it’s an impressive co-op shop and is nothing like your local co-op shop you might find in the suburbs of London .. The only negative is you can wait some time to get to the check out in Busy periods but that go’s to show it’s success due to its location pricing and products .. overall it’s a winner! “Despite it being only a small shop I bet it as one of the biggest turnovers per sq feet in kingsway if not Holborn””

“Brilliant Co-op branch! I recieved excellent levels of customer service and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very cheerful and motivated! Normally (when will we ever see normal again) this Co op branch gets extremely busy and jam packed Monday-Friday during lunchtime and it is impossible to browse the store properly. The aisles are narrow and you are constantly heaving and pushing your way through people in the queues and other customers with baskets doing their shopping and others thinking about which Sandwich to have for lunch. However, for a small store there is a good product range and variety with a wide choice of clearly labelled vegetarian and vegan products. The bakery is absolutely delicious and it tastes very fresh and will go down as a treat for you. I strongly recommend the custard doughnuts, milk chocolate cookies and the croissants (very soft and fluffy). It is slightly more expensive than Tesco and Sainsburys but the quality is good so you are getting a premium product for the price.The store is well organised and the design is great but expect to be in a battlefield Monday-Friday lunchtimes (obviously not now because of lockdown). Overall, I highly recommend shopping here and the meal deal tastes and boasts wonderful quality throughout it is amazing and is worth the £3.50!”

“I had an amazing time today at Restaurant Ours. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is really delicious as well. The service is on top, all the waiters and waitresses are very nice. And there’s also show during dinner (acrobatics etc). There are many photogenic spots at the venue so if you like taking photos it’s a very great place. We would definitely come back :)”

You can also find pulses, pickles, green tea and spices at a very good price. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this place.”
